New year, new toy
I had a nice time during the holidays. I got myself a new toy, a Canon Powershot S70, which I've had some fun playing with. I should get some kind of gallery up now... The camera is perfect for me, since I want to be able to bring it with me without a huge camera bag and there are still enough knobs and buttons to be able to experiment a bit.
Sucky connection
My ISP recently upgraded my ADSL connection to 8Mbps, but it's not working very well. Today the link has been down at least 5 times, up to one hour at a time. It's pretty annoying.
GNOME 2.9
Like Thomas, I haven't built 2.9 yet either, but when I do I'll use his nice tip.
