Sleep, finally!

I've been running Ben's patch for sleep support on my PowerBook now for a while. It's working pretty well, except for the odd problem here and there. USB seems to be a bit flaky so I have to unplug and plug the mouse sometimes to get it working after resume. It's still really nice to be able to just close the lid :)

The only drawback is that I have to run a 2.6.9 kernel, which for some reason makes the laptop run a lot hotter than 2.6.7 does. The change is triggered easily by just booting with 2.6.8 or later instead of 2.6.7. Does anyone else see this behavior, or has a clue what causes this? I've asked on the debian-powerpc list but nobody seems to know. Getting the temperature back to normal would make me a very happy man.
