Nerdhood

Yesterday, I manifested my nerdhood by going to a meeting with the Linux User Group in Gteborg for the first time. I had a good time, and hopefully we'll be able to bring some life back into the group which apparently has been a bit dormant for a while.

Unusual

Fixed a few small bugs in MrProject and commited. What an unusual feeling ;).

It's really nice to see that GNOME 2.4 seems to receive a warm welcome, instead of the usual trolling and random rants. Or maybe I haven't looked in the right places yet... We'll see.

I finally got my replacement cellphone today, after over a month. Having an insurance doesn't help much when the store doesn't have the replacement in stock.

A11y

I was writing a little blurb about accessibility for gnome.se, and decided to try out gok, gnopernicus & co.

I found out that this is pretty cool stuff! Even though the tools are a bit rough around the edges, the framework is there and the future looks promising. I've never actually gotten it to work before so I was pleasantly surprised to see it all just work, more or less.

Once again, GNOME rocks! :)
